Sometimes it pays to shop around when making a large purchase for your home. Sometimes, however, you only need to get one quote before making your decision. Such was the case for Mr and Mrs Boyce of Hurlford: the couple met Tom Callaghan around 25 years ago when they bought windows and doors from him before Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd came into being, and they recently had all the windows and doors to the front of their home done.

Of course, they went straight to Tom this time when they were looking to make additional home improvements.

The couple recently had two windows and French doors installed at the back of their home. Mr Boyce said: “We had already had the front of the house done and decided to look into finishing the house off by having the back done. Tom did us a good deal so we jumped at the chance of getting the work done.”

The couple have dealt with Tom himself each time and they’ve been delighted with the service they’ve received, saying: “The company did a wonderful job. Tom is a nice guy and we’ve had no problems over the years, so we never went to anyone else for a quote this time. Phil and Barry did a great job with the fitting too; they do a great job of tidying up and everything gets taken away.”

Mr and Mrs Boyce are delighted with the finished product. Mr Boyce said: “It’s absolutely magnificent. We’re really happy with it and we would recommend the company to anybody.”
