When Mrs Kirkwood of Dalrymple decided to have a new door installed at her property, she knew to go straight to Tom Callaghan Windows and Conservatories Ltd, having given the company her custom previously. She said “I used Tom Callaghan when I had my conservatory built three years ago. At that time, I just googled companies in Ayrshire. This time I knew that I only wanted to use Tom Callaghan so I only had one quote for the new door”.

Mrs Kirkwood dealt with Tom himself.
