Mr Innes said: “One of the existing windows in the bedrooms was a bit clouded and the windows had been in for about 29 years so we decided it was time to shop around. We knew Tom already having dealt with him for our conservatory. We got quite a few quotes this time but some very outrageous and completely unrealistic.”

He continued: “Tom’s a nice chap; he’s not pushy and his sales service is first class. We were happy with the quote he gave us and that was that!”.

The couple were also delighted with the job done by Tom’s team of fitters, Phil, Barry and Declan. Mr Innes said: “They were grand, excellent in fact. There was no mess, not a thing was left, and everything was done exactly to plan.”
